You might have heard about the tornadoes here in Dallas-Fort Worth last week. It’s spring in North Texas and the weather is obviously unpredictable. It’s hot one day; humid another. It’s cold, then it’s sweltering hot. Basically, I blame the weather for my polar opposite dressing.
